Our pre-school in Rajeev Nagar, Patna takes children from 2 to 6 years and walks them through Playgroup, Nursery, LKG and UKG. The age before formal school matters more than most parents realise. Our Pre-School Levels at a Glance
Every level has its own pace. We do not push a Playgroup child to write, and we do not slow a UKG child down. If a child joins us late or needs to repeat a level, we talk to the parent openly instead of making a show of it.
Playgroup (age 2 to 3): Settling in, group play, rhymes, basic colours and shapes. No writing. The goal is comfort with the classroom.
Nursery (age 3 to 4): Phonics starts gently, tracing patterns, number names, basic art. Children begin to follow a two-step instruction.
LKG (age 4 to 5): Writing letters, counting to 20 and beyond, simple reading words, more structured art and story work.
UKG (age 5 to 6): Reading short sentences, writing lower and upper case, early maths concepts, school-readiness skills like raising a hand and lining up.
Safety, Teachers and Parent Communication
A pre-school is a place parents trust with a very young child. We take that seriously. Our teachers are trained in early childhood handling, know how to sit with a child who is crying for home, and know when to call a parent. Washrooms are supervised, snacks are checked for allergies the parent has told us about, and the centre is kept clean through the day.
Parents get an honest update at the end of each week. Not a template message, but one line about how the child is actually doing. If something concerns us, we call you the same day. If a child falls or scrapes a knee, you hear it from us before you hear it from the child.
